With my being unable to be with her physically because of my distance from this state, it was imperative I have representation that could be unequivically trusted to make decisions with my personal situation in mind. She listed a 1200 sq. ft. townhouse in an over 55 community condominium that I own as a rental investment and rented it the first day. I live in another state and needed her help. Jackie did a walk through when the old tenant moved out. She found a painter and cleaning service and coordinated the work in order for the unit to be move in ready. She then sent me all the work receipts. She also provided all the documents I need for condo approval. I could not have done it without her. She is extremely professional, communicates well and stays on top of every thing.
